It shows police officers shooting protesters at the University of California, Davis pointblank with pepper spray. The students appear to be apart of a human chain, and a police officer just laces them with pepper spray.
Amid the groans, yells and screams, you can hear the students shouting “Shame” as they watch their fellow students get carried away.
